ClearResolve provides resolution risk analysis for prediction markets. Our Service:

• Analyzes market resolution rules and sources
• Provides Trust Scores based on quantitative factors
• Monitors real-world events relevant to prediction markets
• Offers insights into liquidity, wallet behaviour, and dispute risk

Important: ClearResolve does NOT predict outcomes, provide financial advice, operate as a betting platform, or resolve markets. We quantify resolution risk only.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

ClearResolve offers Free, Pro, and API subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial subscription only
• Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service to manipulate prediction markets
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools beyond API rate limits
• Resell or redistribute data without a commercial license
• Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

All content, trademarks, and data on ClearResolve are owned by ponteng.com or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal or internal business use only.

API users may integrate ClearResolve data into their applications but must:

• Include attribution to ClearResolve in end-user interfaces
• Not claim ownership of the data or methodology
• Comply with rate limits and usage quotas

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ponteng.com shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses or financial damages resulting from use of the Service
• Inaccurate Trust Scores or data errors
• Service downtime, data loss, or security breaches
• Actions taken by third-party prediction markets

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour
• Use the Service in a manner that harms our reputation or infrastructure

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, you will lose access to paid features but may continue using the Free tier.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, except where prohibited by law.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain rights under EU consumer protection laws.
